Rajvinder brings more than 30 years of experience as a nurse and over 15 years as a lead supervisor. That background shapes how GURKASH runs: calm routines, steady supervision, and care that puts the person first.
Off the clockEveryone calls her Raj. At home she is the best cook her family knows, and her nurturing way shows up in everything she does — including how she looks after the people at GURKASH.
Activities Coordinator & Program Manager
Paul is Rajvinder's son and brings more than 10 years of experience in elderly nursing care and personal at-home elder care. He also has a background in filmmaking and acting, which he brings into the day as activities coordinator: gardening, outings, games, and plays the group can put on together, plus the quieter moments in between.
Off the clockPaul shares his home with 7 dogs and 2 cats and loves them dearly. When he isn't working hard for our team, he is busy managing the adorable chaos of his mini-pack, finding missing tennis balls, and making sure everyone gets an equal share of treats.
